All prices are shown in Australian dollars, which is how they are quoted today, including on the United Kingdom and United States pages. GST applies to Australian customers. If you are billed outside Australia, contact us to confirm the currency and tax treatment on your invoice before you subscribe.

Billing and subscriptions
Answered from the current terms and the user guides. Anything not covered here is in the guides or an email away.
- What happens when I use up my documents?
- A subscription lasts until the documents you paid for are consumed, or until the one-year subscription period is reached. Cosmic Bills emails you when it is time to renew.
- How do I cancel automatic renewal?
- In the application, go to My Account, then Account Settings, and select Cancel Billing under the subscription tile. Auto-renewal becomes inactive and you renew manually when your quota runs out.
- Are refunds available?
- No. The Terms of Use state that subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but that no refund is issued, and that any remaining unused documents are forfeited.
- Do you store my card details?
- No. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cosmic Bills does not hold your card data.
- Can I move between the free plan and a paid plan?
- You can move up from the free plan to a paid subscription. You cannot downgrade from a paid subscription back to the free plan, and the two cannot be mixed.
