Q7:How to cancel automatic subscription renewal?

Login to Cosmic Bills, click My Account on the left. In “Account Settings” under the Purchase/Upgrade Plan tile, click the blue box “Cancel Billing“. Your subscription auto-renewal will become inactive. When your quota is used up, or the one-year subscription period is reached, we will email you a notification so you can manually renew.

Please note that all subscriptions will have the automatic renewal feature unless you deactivate it.
